Domain and Range: Demo
Introduction: The domain of a relation is the set of possible first
members. Here we have to analyze a graph in order to determine the
domain. To find the smallest x in the domain, we mentally "walk"
along the curve as far to the left as possible. Usually, the leftmost
point is not on either axis. We find the largest x on the curve in a
similar way.
The process of finding the range from the smallest and largest
y-coordinates is similar also.
